Pici, the simple no fuss neighbourhood pasta bar, is opening in Tsim Sha Tsui. Pirata Group’s third Pici location and first Kowloon opening, brings fresh, homemade pasta dishes to a wider Hong Kong audience.  Taking residence on Tsim Sha Tsui’s Hart Avenue from mid-August, Pici will continue feeding Hong Kong’s appetite for homemade pasta following the success of the Wan Chai and Central locations.

“We are looking forward to satisfying the cravings of our friends in Kowloon with the opening of Pici Tsim Sha Tsui. Homemade fresh pasta is what Pici is known for, and the new location will be a casual and cosy pasta bar that serves a straightforward menu. Get ready for real and down to earth Italian pasta, as it should be, opening in August in Kowloon,” says co-founder Christian Talpo.

Designed by Head Chef Andrea Viglione, the simple, no fuss home-made pasta menu will feature favourites such as Tagliolini with shallots, white truffle paste and shaved truffle, Orecchiette with Italian sausage and spicy n’duja, as well as several new dishes exclusive to the Tsim Sha Tsui location.

Vintage trinkets and antique artwork line the walls of the cosy and inviting 70-seat space. A long marble bar gives guests a front-row seat to watch skilled hands at work as pasta is delicately rolled and pulled by the team daily. Accents of blue and walnut timber panelling throughout the space encompass Pici’s classic charm and is offset by black and white mosaic tiled flooring.

Soon to open for lunch, dinner and brunch, Pici Tsim Sha Tsui is a no reservations restaurant serving up straightforward food with quality ingredients at great value.
