Oyster Hour unveiled at Stokehouse Q – Stokehouse Q announces a culinary celebration of Brisbane’s liveability

At the famed Stokehouse Q in Brisbane, it’s called Oyster Hour, a celebration starring Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin French champagne and fresh oysters; an experience that pays tribute to the unequalled lifestyle of the Queensland capital.
Launching this Friday, November 27 Oyster Hour at Stokehouse Q is an aperitif experience available from 11am to 12noon every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout Summer, featuring a glass of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin French champagne for $14.00 andnatural oysters prepared by Executive Chef Richard Ousby and his team for $2.00 each.
“Oyster Hour has been created to celebrate the unique Brisbane lifestyle in Summer. It is the perfect pre-lunch taster, a pre-theatre experience, a pre-shopping energizer or simply a wonderful excuse to meet with friends and watch the Brisbane River soak up the sun,” said Stokehouse Q’s Peter McMahon.
