Pacific Resort Nominated for Record Number of World Travel Awards

Pacific Resort Hotel Group (PRHG) is thrilled to announce Pacific Resort Rarotonga, Pacific Resort Aiutaki and Te Manava Luxury Villas & Spa have accumulated a record 12 nominations for the 2016 World Travel Awards (WTA).

The WTA celebrate excellence across the travel tourism and hospitality sector. These prestigious award nominations are a strong reflection of PRHG’s ongoing commitment to delivering an outstanding quality experience for its guests.

Taking home three awards last year, Pacific Resort Aitutaki continues to build on its long history and list of accolades with an outstanding six nominations including: Australasia’s Leading Boutique Island Resort, Australasia’s Leading Boutique Resort, Australasia’s Leading Resort, Australasia’s Leading Villa Resort, Cook Islands’ Leading Resort and Cook Islands’ Leading Villa Resort.

Pacific Resort Rarotonga the 2015 Australasia’s Leading Family Resort continues to consolidate its position as the region’s leading full service family resort as well as holding nominations in a number of other categories including Australasia’s Leading Boutique Resort, Australasia’s Leading Family Resort and Cook Islands’ Leading Resort.

Lastly, PRHG’s Te Manava Luxury Villa & Spa, winner of World’s Leading Boutique Resort 2015 and 2014 is once again nominated for the Leading Resort Award. The 5-star property is also nominated this year for Australiasia’s Leading Villa Resort and Cook Islands’ Leading Villa Resort.
