Pacific World, the leading global destination and event management company, has launched its partnership with Barcelona digital artist Coral Hernandez with an intricate, interactive wall designed specifically for Pacific World’s stand at IBTM World. Already an innovative producer in the events industry, Pacific World is evolving to the next level by using art from the local artist to engage with attendees.

“We decided to look outside our business to find new sources of inspiration. Art inspires and invites people to create and share. This initiative is just a starting point to explore new partnerships and find different ways to engage with attendees from different demographics, segments and cultures, especially with millennials and the X and Y generations,” said Patricia Silvio, Pacific World’s Global Marketing Manager. “Coral Hernandez’s creation for this event is around the idea of transformation – which is perfect for our industry. We are always driving the industry to evolve through new ideas, new approaches and new destinations. In turn, we strive to create experiences that engage the attendees on a personal or professional level. Her artwork reflects this philosophy and invites everyone to participate in the industry’s evolution.”

Hernandez, an award-winning digital artist, has worked with renowned brands including Custo, Estrella Damm, Betsey Johnson and Perrier.

Boasting a strong presence around the globe with nearly 100 destinations, Pacific World has a network of local teams with a deep understanding of local cultures and how to connect guests to their experiences. Pacific World’s collaboration with Hernandez highlights this expertise by showcasing an interactive experience that creates personal and emotional connections for attendees.

For IBTM, Coral Hernandez has created an interactive, black-and-white wall featuring a stylized butterfly with the quote, “If nothing changes, there’d be no butterflies.” Guests are invited to stand in the center of the wings and snap a photo and share with their friends and associates on social media including a #PWInspire hashtag. The butterfly’s wings are embellished with illustrations representing cultures and destinations around the world. Attendees will find the interactive wall at Pacific World’s stand, which is number O50.
