Pan Pacific Hotels Group announces new Australian Area Sales Team for greater customer convenience

With Australia a key source market for Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s hotels, resorts and serviced suites around the world, the Group has  integrated its sales teams for this market into one Australian based service.

This consolidates the Group’s sales and customer resources under a single structure, enhancing efficiency and capabilities to strengthen relationships with its clients.250x250px

The Australian Area Sales team will handle Australian outbound and domestic travel to Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s entire portfolio of Pan Pacificand PARKROYAL hotels in Australia, Asia and North America.  In Australia, the Group owns and operates Pan Pacific Perth, PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney, PARKROYAL Parramatta and PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport.

Hotel-based Directors of Sales in the respective Australian properties will continue to work locally, offering support to customers in their cities with expertise on the Group’s entire portfolio of hotels.

Continuing to head up the Australian Area Sales team is Keren Southgate, Area Director of Sales. She will be supported by:

–       Belinda Morris, who has been promoted from Business Development Manager  to Senior Business Development Manager, Industry Partnerships;

–       Rhona Stewart,  Director of Business Development, Leisure;

–       Jeremy Baker, who has been newly appointed as Director of Business Development, Meetings & Events who joins from Atlantic Group.
