Christmas lunch will be a three-hour gourmet extravaganza with each hotel offering a bespoke buffet lunch with all the traditional trimmings.
Highlights from the PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney menu include a seafood selection featuring Australian prawns and oysters, a hot selection including slow roasted beef striploin, whole roasted onions and pan jus and pan roasted gnocchi, roasted tomato and basil sauce with shaved parmesan and a decadent selection of desserts including homemade cakes, pastries and traditional Christmas classics.
Guests at PARKROYAL Parramatta can indulge in a delicious array of food including assorted smoked seafood platters, a carvery station featuring honey glazed ham with Hawaiian sauce and a hot selection including roasted turkey with cranberry jus, pumpkin ravioli with basil cream sauce and rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes. Dessert is not to be missed including traditional favourites Christmas yule log, mince pies and Christmas pudding.
PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport will delight taste buds with a selection of seafood including sea poached Australian King prawns, blue swimmer crabs and chili mussels, a carving station with a variety of roasts meats carved to order and served with traditional accompaniments and traditional Christmas turkey with cranberry stuffing. Those with a sweet tooth should save room for dessert which features Christmas puddings with brandy Alexander sauce, triple chocolate fudge cream and a children’s lolly buffet.
