From the month of August, Peach Blossoms will roll out all you can eat dim sum lunch buffet in addition to specialty a la carte dishes, namely Pan-fried Foie Gras with Smoked Duck served on Mantou, Baked Lobster with Cheese, Bird’s Nest on Steamed Egg White and many more to choose from. Diners also get to experience from a choice of mouth-watering delights which includes Poached Shrimp Dumpling in “Szechuan” Spicy Sauce, Deep-fried Squid Ball with Passion Fruit Sauce, Lobster Congee, Stir-fried Wagyu Beef Cubes with Black Truffle served in Charcoal Cone and Deep-fried Prawns coated with Wasabi Mayonnaise.
