Australia’s leading pet sitting platform PetCloud has joined forces with AccorHotels to help raise money for this weekend’s Million Paws Walk – the RSPCA’s major fundraising event – by giving away a ‘pawsome’ package to a few generous pet owners.

The pair are offering four pet owners the chance to win a $200 AccorHotels voucher accompanied by a $50 PetCloud pet sitting voucher. To enter the draw, pet owners simply need to make a donation to RSPCA’s Million Paws Walk and send proof to marketing@petcloud.com.au along with a reason why they want to win a stay in 25 words or less. They must also be a registered pet owner on PetCloud.

PetCloud Founder Deb Morrison said it was a match made in heaven with hundreds of AccorHotels properties located all over Australia and PetCloud offering pet sitting services right across the nation.

“As well as being a great fundraising initiative for the RSPCA, Million Paws Walk is a great day out for pet owners and animal-lovers and we’re delighted to be joining in the fun by offering a few passionate pet parents the chance to have a break on AccorHotels, and give their beloved fur babies a break too by making use of PetCloud’s national network of trusted and caring pet sitters,” Deb said.

Like Airbnb for pets, PetCloud is a trusted online community where pet owners can search, connect and easily book police-checked, trained and insured pet sitters, dog walkers and even pet taxis across Australia.

Pet sitters can be hired for an hour, a day, a week or longer, with travel being one of the most common reasons for hiring a pet sitter.

PetCloud is part owned by RSPCA Queensland and contributes some of its proceeds to the association in return for use of the RSPCA’s National Call Centre for customer support.

Million Paws Walks are being held all around Australia on Sunday (May 19) to show support for animals and raise money for the RSPCA to continue its fight against animal cruelty.
