Celebrate the long Easter weekend over a sharing style brunch with an antipasti buffet, starters, mains and desserts at one of Hong Kong’s favourite brunch spots. Pirata’s brunch is all about pasta this Easter, with specials including Giant Ravioli filled with golden egg yolk, the signature Tagliatelle with black truffle and Gnocchetti with pistachio pesto and walnuts.

This Easter, Northern Spanish-inspired The Optimist has two delicious sharing style brunch menus to choose from. Both menus include the semi-buffet spread, a range of starters and Chef’s selection of desserts.

The Easter Brunch Menu offers a selection of eight mains to choose from including tomato-based Eggplant “Al Horno” topped with goat cheese and walnuts, Mediterranean Whole Seabass “A La Espalda” (for 2 people, add HKD48 per person) served with garlic sauce and the succulent Iberian Grilled Pork Ribs plated with vibrant grilled corn and homemade barbecue sauce.

Or opt for the Deluxe Easter Brunch Menu (4 people minimum) which has a choice of two impressive towers to share with the table. The Easter special Meat Tower has a selection of Braised Lamb ShankCharcoal Grilled Chorizo Criollo and Charcoal Grilled Flat Iron Steak. The Seafood Tower is laden with Whole Grilled Boston LobsterClams “Almejas en Salsa Verde”, and Seared Hokkaido Scallops.

Sip on TokyoLima’s delicious Easter Cocktail in the buzzing izakaya tucked away in the heart of Central. Encontrar Los Huevos De Pascuas (‘find the Easter egg’ in Spanish) is Bar Manager Allison Acuna’s twist on a whisky sour with a hint of Easter. The cocktail mixes up Capucana whiskey with a dash of Cimarron tequila, honey cinnamon syrup, lemon juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
