What: Infatuato Dinner

Pirata’s Chef Stefano Rossi has crafted the perfect Valentine’s Day Infatuato Dinner to share the love this Valentine’s Day. Enjoy the intimate Italian’s 7-course menu with a view from above with their restaurant’s floor to ceiling windows. Designed for sharing, the honest Italian menu features signatures with three starters, three mains and two desserts including the creamy Burrata and Tomato Salad, juicy Butchers’ Cut of flank steak Tagliata served with rocket and bright cherry tomatoes, the homemade pasta aptly named‘Liquid’ Carbonara Amorini and succulent Grilled Boston Lobster served with a vibrant salsa verde. End the meal on a sweet note with Pirata’s signature Semifreddo or creamy Raspberry Pana Cotta.

TokyoLima

What: Lujuria Dinner

Fall in love this Valentine’s Day at the buzzing izakaya TokyoLima with their Lujuria Menu. The Nikkei inspired sharing style menu comprises of 8 beautifully presented dishes specially crafted by Chef Arturo Melendez. Indulge in the likes of Tiradito of Desire with tuna, tamarind shoyu tiger’s milk and coriander chips and TokyoLima Guilty made with soba noodles and charred avocado tossed with with aji panca dressing and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Dive into the Neive grilled cod with a citrus aji amarillo sauce topped with edible flowers or the daring Menage a Trois with a mingling of sweet potato fries, mixed salad, edamame puree and a raisin dressing. Tying the meal together is the caramelised Lust Apple topped with ginger cream and spicy apple cake. Sake lovers are in for a treat with a specially crafted sake menu of over 15 types or the signature Sake Martini topped with a handmade origami crane.

What: Enamorado Dinner

The Optimist’s 5-course menu is designed to invoke desire with asador-style dishes. Share the Spanish Ham “Jamon Iberico de recebo” served with salmorejo and toast, Seared Hokkaido Scallops drizzled with a lustful lemon butter sauce and Charcoal Grilled Chorizo Criollo served with a spicy chimichurri. Following on with the succulent Chateaubriand served with potato gratin, salad and succulent beef jus or the Mediterranean Whole Seabass “A la espalda” served straight off the Josper grill with a light garlic and herb sauce. End the night with a cocktail or two at The Optimist’s vintage-style bar known for its Spanish style gin and tonics garnished with floral touches and herbal delights.
