Eleven popular coastal holiday parks managed by the NSW Crown Holiday Parks Trust (NSWCHPT) have each received a 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for their consistent outstanding reviews made by guests on the website.
Now in its sixth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is awarded to establishments that consistently receive great reviews on TripAdvisor.
The 11 holiday parks honoured by Trip Advisor are from North Coast Holiday Parks (NCHP) and South Coast Holiday Parks (SCHP), which form part of NSWCHPT’s group of 35 parks and boutique accommodation.
NSWCHPT CEO Steve Edmonds said the acknowledgement from TripAdvisor of excellence in customer service demonstrated that the Trust, park managers and all of their teams were committed to delivering the highest professional standards.
“I am proud that our parks are consistently receiving industry recognition for being the best they can be,” Mr Edmonds said.
“Our parks are in some of the most sensational locations in New South Wales and they all operate under the same Vision of providing the most memorable experiences possible for families and visitors to the area.”
