Princess Cruises’ contact centre was awarded Service Champions for 2017 in the category of Service Excellence in a Large Contact Centre at last night’s Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEAs).

Princess Cruises’ award recognises frontline teams of more than 100 staff in larger contact centres for the critical role they play in customer service delivery.

“Our customer service team prides themselves on delivering above and beyond service to our guests and I’m delighted to see their efforts recognised by the industry at such a prestigious event.” said Princess Cruises Vice President Australia and New Zealand Stuart Allison.

Hosted by the Customer Service Institute of Australia at The Grand Ballroom at the Westin Hotel in Sydney, this year’s ASEA’s attracted a record number of nominations.

The ASEAs are Australia’s premier customer service awards event, with over 650 attendees coming together each year to recognise best practice and innovation in customer service, highlighting their importance in today’s business climate.
