Quest Breakfast Creek Makes Donation To Youngcare

June 26, 2013 Charity No Comments Email Email

This week Quest Breakfast Creek Franchisees, Tony and Jenny O’Reilly presented the Partnerships Executive from Youngcare, Samantha Townend with a donation for $2,000.

On accepting the cheque, Samantha explained how grateful she was to Quest Breakfast Creek for the donation.

“There are currently 7,500 young Australians with high care needs living in aged care simply because there are few alternatives out there.

This $2,000 donation from Quest Breakfast Creek will be put towards our At Home Care Grants program, which prevents young people from being admitted to aged care by supplying essential equipment and support,” Ms Townend said

Franchisees Jenny and Tony O’Reilly expressed they were delighted to be able to make this donation to a local and very worthwhile charity.

“Every time Quest opens a new property in Australia a donation is made to a local charity and in this instance we are pleased to be making this donation to Youngcare.

In particular we are glad the funds will be used for the Home Grants program as where possible it is important for young people to stay living at home with their families,” Jenny O’Reilly said.

Quest Breakfast Creek is located at Amy Street, Albion (opposite the Breakfast Creek Hotel).
