Since 2012, research company ServiceScore has conducted a number of nationally representative surveys measuring how Swedish customers perceive the service from companies and organisations active in a wide range of industries.
Despite tough competition from other leading hotel chains, Radisson Blu was crowned the big winner in “Hotels” category.
“We are incredibly proud that our work has been recognised by ServiceScore once again. The fact that Swedish customers have voted for us makes this particularly exciting, as Radisson Blu is the original international upscale hotel brand with deep Scandinavian roots. This award is a great recognition of our efforts in creating memorable experiences,” says Daniel Twerenbold, District Director of Radisson Blu in Sweden, Denmark and Iceland.
More than 3,500 Swedish customers participated in ServiceScore’s surveys this year. The surveys were conducted using a nationally representative sample and were done together with research company Cint. In total, 130 companies from different industries were evaluated based on the service the customers feel they have received in relation to their expectations.
“All of our employees live and breathe our Yes I Can! service philosophy every day, in every interaction with guests, colleagues and partners. As one of the world’s leading hotel companies, we build iconic hotels but it’s the 100% Guest Satisfaction that remains at the heart of Radisson Blu. Every guest who decides to return is an award, and a confirmation that we have delivered genuine hospitality with a Z-pirit,” added Twerenbold.
