Rail Europe’s GSAs have today released their summer sale fares for first class travel on selected routes between France, Germany, Belgium and Italy.
Effective immediately (30 June), agents booking rail tickets on behalf of their clients travelling on the Brussels – France TGV; Paris – Luxembourg TGV; Paris – Freiburg TGV; France – Germany High Speed; France –Italy TGV; and on domestic TGVs and InterCity rails can now pass on the savings before the 24 August 2015.
Manager Australasia for Rail Europe, Ingrid Kocijan, says France remains one of the most popular destinations for travellers from Australia and New Zealand with an average of 5% increase in visitation YOY.
“With these newly released fares that are lower than the usual advance booking fares, we believe more travellers will take advantage of the savings and see more of France and its neighbouring countries,” says Ingrid.
With one-way tickets starting from AUD50, agents should note that bookings must be made a minimum of three days in advance and all promotional fares are subject to availability. These summer sale fares are valid for travel between 3 July and 31 August 2015. Terms and conditions apply.
Agents are also reminded that Rail Europe tickets are distributed via Rail Plus, Rail Tickets, CIT Holidays and Infinity Rail in Australia, and Rail Plus and Go Holidays in New Zealand.
