Rail Plus has cut its booking fees in half for all Eurostar reservations made through its website during June and July.
The 50% reduction, which sees booking fees fall from $10 to $5 per person per Eurostar sector, applies to all new Eurostar reservations made online between 1 June and 31 July 2015.
Eurostar reservations can be made up to six months before a train’s departure, which means agents can take advantage of the new reduced online fees to secure bookings for customers travelling as late as November 2015.
Rail Plus Chief Executive James Dunne says the reduced reservation fee makes the Rail Plus website an even more attractive booking channel.
“For busy travel agents the Rail Plus’ website is already the most efficient way to secure Eurostar reservations,” says Dunne.
“Combined with our recent improvements in automation, which have resulted in a faster turnaround of electronic documents, this latest initiative reinforces our commitment to delivering the most cost-effective booking options for Australian travel consultants.”
To qualify for the 50% reduction, all bookings must be paid in full and ticketed by 31 July 2015.
