Rail Plus supports WA agents by extending call centre and Live Chat operating hours

Rail Plus is extending the operating hours of its call centre and its popular Live Chat service until 7pm AEST from 17 February to give Western Australian travel agents more convenient access to its team of expert consultants.

Rail Plus General Manager Sales & Marketing Greg McCallum says that with WA now one of Australia’s fastest growing markets for rail products, it was only fitting that the country’s leading rail specialist provided enhanced support.

“Rail Plus has been an industry leader when it comes to helping agents improve productivity, particularly through our introduction of Live Chat, an instant text messaging service that allows agents to interact with our experts in real time,” says McCallum.

“West Australian agents will now be able to receive answers to their rail enquiries faster, which in turn will allow them to provide a more efficient service to their valued clients.”
