Ramada Beach Hotel Ajman announces the appointment of Russell Lee Fernandes as its new Sous Chef cum Kitchen-in-charge.
Chef Fernandes is tasked to oversee the menu and food preparation of the hotel’s two restaurants, banqueting and room service. In his role, he is expected to monitor and ensure high-quality foods and service standards in all outlets, while keeping track of the production costs. He will also be responsible in managing and training the kitchen employees to enhance their culinary skills and maximise employee productivity.
Before joining Ramada Beach Hotel Ajman, Chef Fernandes was a Chef for Mediterranean and Continental cuisine at The Village at Souq Waqif in Doha, Qatar. With his passion for food and cooking, he takes pride in his 14 years of experience in the culinary field, having worked in India and the GCC region, as well as in different cruise liner ships and a private yacht.
