Randall Asia Gets Trump Hotels

April 1, 2016 Business News No Comments Print Print Email Email

Trump International Hotels and Towner USA has appointed RM Asia Pacific as their sole marketing representative in Hong Kong, Macau and China. The move is to spear head the Trump Group expansion into Asia and China.

Mr Lui sold his Randall Marketing Australian business to Mr Greg Parkes last year but continues to run RM Asia business from headquarters in Hong Kong and offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Taiwan and Chengdu. He is also contracted on a consultancy basis working with Greg Parkes in Australia.

The trump organisation has two properties in New York and others in five American cities, two in each of Canada and Indonesia and one in Scotland, Ireland and Rio de Janeiro.

Mr Lui said that the new arrangements would provide Trump with on- going marketing efforts, which have converted the Chinese tourism industry to be more sophisticated with FIT packages, special interest groups, and focus on cultural experience than shopping experience.

He added, “Representing Trump worldwide will open more doors for the Chinese outbound luxury tour package. It can be sold directly with the Chinese outbound travel partners, international web sites or partnership with local ITO.

“We are expanding our distribution in China to all walks of life with the objective to improve the quality of outbound package and turn them into highly desirable customers.”
