Regal Hotels International (RHI) has launched a person-to-person campaign aimed at Australian travel agents since opening its regional sales office in Sydney last month.

PHOTO shows Ms Wong calling on agents  at Ananda Travel Service in Sydney’s CBD. From Left are pictured Mandy, Charmaine, Elysia and  Leslie.

The campaign will include special weekly rates for use between May and September.

Ms Charmaine Wong, the Business Development Manager of RHI is a firm believer in traditional hospitality services and is keen to know her customers and learn how she can assist them adding more value to their business.

Ms Wong has introduced office practices which mean she spends three full days every week in face-to-face meetings with travel agents

She maintains that personal representation is the most effective way of expanding industry knowledge of the Regal product by understanding the needs of agents.

The Regal plan for Australia is to promote Hong Kong as much more than a short stay destination. It is a city worthy of repeat visitations as well as a “break-your-journey” destination for travellers to Europe and other Asian destinations.

During the coming winter the Regal Group will be launching especially competitive weekly rates in all Regal properties, as well as the group’s Iclub hotels, the low cost brands managed by the RHI.
