Enjoy the relaxing poolside barbecue dinner buffet at L’Eau Restaurant, featuring lobsters, bird’s nest and fish maw delicacies. Feast away with our enticing selections of International gourmet, chilled seafood, fresh sashimi, sizzling barbecued items and various Mother’s Day specialities, including Grilled Lobster/Abalone with Minced Salted Egg Mayonnaise, Stir-fried Sea Cucumbers with Vegetables in Malaysian Shrimp Paste, Stir-fried Fish Maw and Shrimps with Sugar Peas and Lily Bulbs in X.O.
