Regent Jakarta Scoops Four Awards At The First-Ever Indonesia Property Awards

image012Regent Jakarta Residences, which will open by November 2018 alongside Regent Jakarta, scooped four design awards at the first-ever Indonesia Property Awards which took place in Jakarta on 6 September 2015. 

The awards include:

Best Condo Development (Indonesia)

Best Luxury Condo Development (Jakarta)

Best Residential Interior Design

Highly Commended Residential Architectural Design

The winning design of Regent Jakarta Residences, which was overseen by developer and owner KG Global, and the subsequent awards reaffirm Regent Hotels & Resorts position as a market leader in luxury mixed -use developments.  It is also further proves the company’s ability to compete in a highly competitive market.

A total of 23 awards were presented at the event which joins Ensign Media’s prestigious Asia Property Awards programme in its 10th anniversary year.  The independently-judged awards ceremony welcomed more than 200 of Indonesia’s most respected real estate leaders and professionals.    The Indonesia Property Awards’ panel of judges was chaired by Paul Noonan of WT Partnership and the judging process overseen by BDO, one of the largest accountancy networks in the world.

Regent Jakarta and Regent Residences Jakarta, owned by KG Global Development Co., will be part of Mangkuluhur City, a mixed-use development comprising a luxury hotel, serviced residences, and business premises.  Both are scheduled to be completed by 2018, and are the second hotel plus residences project for Regent after Regent Porto Montenegro.
