The Regional Vine and Wine Chamber (RVWC) “Trakia”, a professional association working on behalf of its members and partners for the promotion of the European wine industry, is hosting a second wine tasting and presentation in Thailand, following exceptional feedback from wine traders and food and beverage buyers at the previous event.

Under an initiative to promote European wines to satisfy growing demand in Thailand and enhance the relationships within the wine industry, RVWC is showcasing leading wines from the Thracian Lowlands region of Bulgaria.

This year, the event will build on the success of the first, and is being co-hosted in Bangkok and Pattaya. It will include leading wineries such as Brestovitsa Winery, Villa Yustina Winery, Yamantievs Winery and Zagrey Winery, which will offer the finest wine collections to honored guests. The event also features an authentic dance performance by the Bulgarian folklore ensemble for the enjoyment of all guests.

Wines on offer include Cabernet Rubin, a red wine with intense color and complex flavor with hints of black fruits, raisins and nuts; Rubin Rose, a stunning wine that impresses with the taste and attractive aromas of flowers and citrus; Merlot and Cabernet reds with garnet colors and complex flavors of vanilla and spices; Blanc Cuvee, a divine combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, awarded a gold medal at the biggest wine contest in North America; Red Cuvee, a wine that blends Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon; Monogram, a wine produced in limited quantities in order to show the best of the winery; Kamenki Red, made of authentic Bulgarian grapes and offering a lively flavor; Chardonnay made of matured grapes from the Thracian Lowlands; Shiraz, a red wine with unique flavor and delicate fruit character; and Merlot, a traditional red wine, made of carefully selected grapes from the Thracian Lowlands, with a characteristic aroma and unique softness.
