Be sure not to miss the intriguing sweet and sour Berries Chocolate Bon Bon and our famed Renaissance Cheese Cake. No one can resist the enticing flavours of the wintry Pumpkin and Ginger Shooter, the Christmassy Pulled Turkey with Chestnut Brioche and the refreshing Beetroot-Cured Salmon Toast. The afternoon tea set is available from 2 to 31 December 2019, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. It is priced at HK$ 198 per person on Monday to Friday and HK$ 218 per person on weekends and public holidays. Your choice of coffee, tea or Spice Pudding Latte is included.

Among the alluring main-course options, Roasted Wild Pheasant is available only in semi-buffet dinner is definitely a must-try. It is the pheasant shooting season from every October to February. We specially hand-selected this seasonal game meat from Rhug Estate Organic Farm, located at Denbighshire in north of Wales, which is granted with a Royal Warrant of Appointment to HRH The Prince of Wales, for this special occasion!
