In conjunction with the Association’s highly-regarded Australian, New Zealand and Fijian members, Relais & Châteaux is proud to showcase A Taste of Oceania, to be held in Melbourne on April 29, 2015 and in Sydney on April 30, 2015.
The Association members who will welcome Relais & Châteaux’s valued partners and guests include Jonah’s Restaurant & Boutique Hotel, The Louise & Appellation, Hentley Farm Restaurant, qualia, Otahuna Lodge, Huka Lodge, The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs, Matakauri Lodge, The Farm at Cape Kidnappers and Dolphin Island.

The Melbourne and Sydney events will encompass an overview of product information with the Association members and an opportunity for Relais & Châteaux partners to discuss their individual terroir and the signature hospitality, artistry and innovation behind the culinary journeys – from the all-embracing philosophy of regional sustainability and the influential role play of seasonal harvests and locally-sourced produce to the five-star service imbued with ambiance and distinction.
