The luxury 407-room Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok has received a 2016 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award based on positive guest feedback during the past year. The top honour follows a ‘2015 Best of +VIP Access Hotel’ award from Expedia.com as well as ‘Best Hotel – Far East & Africa 2015’ from Virgin Holidays UK, and an ‘Outstanding Performance 2015’ award from global reservation network provider, Ctrip.com.
Mr Eric Hallin, Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok general manager, said the recognition endorsed the work of hotel staff to provide best-in-class customer service.
“It is no easy task to maintain an industry leading reputation. Yet, the Rembrandt team continues to outperform their own high standards across front-of-office, housekeeping and F&B. They make guests feel special. They create positive experiences that last a lifetime.”
