Renzella Group Statement

April 16, 2018 OTA News No Comments Email Email

Following a strategic review of Renzella Group’s hospitality arm, which oversees five unique boutique accommodation properties in Melbourne, the important role of sales and marketing will now be managed internally from April 30, 2018.

Yann Duroselle, group general manager for the Renzella Hospitality Group (RHG), said the decision would give the company the flexibility to further grow and expand its presence in the market.

“This is a very important time in the company’s history as we look to make considerable investment in our property portfolio.” RHG offers a range of hotel, motel and serviced holiday apartments.

Properties include the 4 star Crossley Hotel, which has 87 rooms in in the city’s CBD, the 40-room 4 star Abode Hotel in St Kilda, the 3.5 star Easy Stay Serviced Apartments in five different locations across Melbourne, the Claremont Guest House and South Yarra Apartments.

Mr Duroselle thanked the Tourism & Hospitality Support Network (THSN), which has provided sales and marketing support for 15 years. “THSN director Denise Miller and her team have done a fantastic job managing Renzella Hospitality’s interests over this time.”

He added that it was business as usual, and that any on-going contract that was signed on its behalf by THSN  for the current tourism season, would be honoured. “We remain deeply committed to trade and specifically the wholesale and inbound market.

“We are excited by future opportunities and look forward to working with existing wholesalers and the inbound market during this exciting next phase.”
