Guests at events catered by Aleenta can look forward to the varied tastes of the resort’s creative contemporary cuisine, with a sense of casual style infused into the experience creating a memorable feast for the eyes as well as the most discerning of palates.
Culinary sensations include a wide variety of Thai, pan-Asian, and western hors d’oeuvres, side dishes, snacks, salads, entrees, and desserts. Dishes also include a variety of classic favourites using the finest ingredients and the freshest seasonal produce.
Aleenta’s outside catering team can design fully-customised food and beverage packages for corporate dinners as well as lavish feasts for wedding celebrations for 20 – 100 guests. Adding a touch of drama to any event, live stations can be set up including dynamic mixologist performances and flaming aromatic barbecues.
As part of its one-stop service, Aleenta takes care of all the logistics from planning to clean-up. For each event, a detailed plan is presented to the client for approval two weeks in advance to ensure that every detail is executed to perfection.
