When one of Bangkok’s most accomplished Thai chefs, Chef Jasvir, decides to be inspired by prime fresh river prawns, the result is an uncommon menu destined to furnish sensitive palates with fresh perspectives.

Such is the case throughout January to March 2016, as Smooth Curry gourmet Thai restaurant at Level 03, Plaza Athénée Bangkok, A Royal Méridien Hotel presents a selection of five instant classic dishes that tease out all the intriguing flavour + texture from the pick of the local river prawn catch. Chef Jasvir’s mouth –watering menu includes:
