Horizons Valentine’s Dinner
Dine in style for Valentine’s Day with a special three-course dinner for two offered February 14-16 in Horizons Restaurant. Guests will begin the meal with an appetizer choice of oysters Rockefeller or flank steak skewers. An entrée selection will follow of either gorgonzola crusted filet mignon with wilted spinach, baby carrots and garlic mashed potatoes or herb seared Mahi-mahi with roasted asparagus and basmati rice pilaf.

For dessert, a shared chocolate covered banana tower with salted caramel over white cake will take your breath away. You can also choose to have wine selections with dinner for the perfect pairings. Pricing for both Friday and Saturday starts at $99 plus tax or $119 plus tax with wine pairings. For Sunday, dinner starts at $75 plus tax or $85 plus tax with wine pairings.
