The culinary team of The Reflexions Restaurant at the Plaza Athénée Bangkok, A Royal Meridien Hotel announces its November wine and dine surprise dinner to be presented on 7 November 2013 at the Reflexions.

The occasion welcomes the arrival of premium vintages from Australia’s much-vaunted Rosemount Winery for tasting and subtle pairing with a superb three-course gourmet dinner specially created by The Reflexions celebrated chef de cuisine, Daniel Bucher. Excitingly, this dinner will be enhanced with a wine tasting in The Glaz Bar at 6:00 pm and several labels of wine from its current line-up will be uncorked for guests’ appraisal. A choice of three wines The Reflexions's dish by Chef Daniel Bucherhas been selected to accompany the Wine Dinner, namely, Rosemount “Diamond Label” Sauvignon Blanc 2008, a white, and Rosemount “Diamond Label” Cabernet Sauvignon 2010, a red, plus a much-favoured sparkling French wine, N.V Pierlant Brut, Blanc de Blancs. Price at THB 2,100 net per person includes a complimentary bottle of wine for two paying guests.

The ReflexionsThe three course dinner begins with alternative entr es: Tasmanian Salmon Tartar, Curd Cheese, Watercress and Dry Sausage Or Yellow capsicum Soup with Flambéed Tiger Prawn with X.O. Plat principal choices range Crispy Sea Bass on Carrot Julienne, Sliced Scallop and Kiwi Jam Or Duck Breast Booked Sous Vide with Chestnut Syrup, Apricot and Pomegranate. And the intense exploration of flavour, texture and aesthetic possibilities concludes with a choice of White Chocolate and Lavender Tartlet with Blueberries Or Light Pistachio Cream, Raspberry Sherbet and Fresh Berries.
