The final meal of the year at Bistrot B is a delightful New Year’s Eve Celebration Dinner on 31 December featuring oysters, Champagne and sumptuous dishes such as Blue Lobster Salad with Osetra Caviar, Sea Urchin and Celery, and a Tasting of Australian Lamb, including Fennel-Scented Loin and Braised Shank “Parmentier” with Slow-Roasted Winter Vegetables and Black Olive Jus.
