Rosso Restaurant At Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh Introduces A New Italian Chef, A New Concept And A New Menu
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh announces the appointment of Italian Chef Nicola Rossi as new Chef de Cuisine atROSSO restaurant.
Chef Rossi, who graduated from the Istituto Tecnico Luigi Nervi, has more than 10 years of professional culinary experience. Prior to joining Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, he has worked at a number of acclaimed restaurants in Italy such as the Ristorante 668, Osteria Pane & Salame, Palazzo Cattaneo and Ristorante Zahir. Chef Rossi’s current mission at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is to take guests on a unique and exciting Italian culinary adventure, every time they visit ROSSO.
“I’m looking forward to this new chapter in my culinary career,” says Chef Rossi. “I’m happy that my skills will be put to use in such a well-known dining establishment. I’m also excited about the opportunity to meet customers and help make their dining experience truly enjoyable.” he added. “We have changed the entire menu at ROSSO, from starters to dessert, to suit modern Italian dining, as we realised that many of our diners are looking for a casual Italian dining experience offering authentic Italian food with a modern twist.”
The new menu at ROSSO includes classic pizza and pasta dishes such as pizza quattro formaggi, homemade lasagna Bolognese and spaghetti al pomodoro, as well as traditional main courses that include ossobuco alla Milanese and filetto alla rossini. Desserts include favourites such as tiramisu, panna cotta alla vaniglia e miele and gelato.
ROSSO is located at the Hotel’s ground floor, offering outstanding value, with dishes impeccably served in a modern setting that allows diners to relax and enjoy the delicious creations of Chef Rossi served by professional and friendly staff. To celebrate its new offerings, ROSSO will be holding a special BELLA ITALIA promotion from October 26 until November 6,2015, where guest Italian Chef Sebastiano Spriveri from Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Bosphorus will team up alongside Chef Nicola Rossi to create 12 days of absolutely mouthwatering dining experiences at ROSSO.
