International Women’s Day prompted the women at Royal Caribbean Cruises in Australia and New Zealand to consider just how much the company has grown in eight years

“As we considered our team, we quickly realised that women are very well represented in both the senior leadership team and the broader management team, working across the business from sales, marketing and communications to HR and operational roles. We’re very proud of our women in leadership, and our diverse and inclusive work environment,” said Director of Sales and Marketing, Kathryn Valk.
