Rydges Director of Sales and Marketing in Cairns Natalie Dean said the suites were ideal for families travelling with older children or teenagers who wished to avoid the added cost of booking interconnecting rooms.

Each family suite features the luxury of one Rydges’ signature king DreamBed and two king single beds, along with generous bathroom and living spaces.

Every suite also features a large, furnished balcony from which to enjoy guaranteed ocean view, while some rooms also comprise separate sleeping and living areas.

Modern amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, are standard in all family suites.

Rydges Tradewinds Cairns is located just six kilometres from Cairns Airport and a short stroll to the city’s CBD.

Guests enjoy stunning views of the Coral Sea and Esplanade, with the best in facilities including resort-style swimming pool and the newly opened Drift on the Esplanade, a stunning restaurant encompassing beautiful gardens and serving delicious, modern cuisine.
