S.T.A.Y. At Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing Celebrates 4th Anniversary

In celebration of its fourth anniversary this September, S.T.A.Y. Restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing will have a host of celebration activities to thank guests for their support and favour.


A white-themed cocktail party will take place on 25 September 2015; guests and staff will all dress in white and celebrate the S.T.A.Y.’s fourth anniversary with fine cuisine and a lucky draw full of delightful surprises.  On the night of 25 September 2015, there will be many kinds of food stations expertly prepared by the restaurant’s talented chefs for guests to indulge in authentic French cuisine.

S.T.A.Y. opened in the capital city on 16 September 2011, marking Chef Yannick’s first venture in Asia.  S.T.A.Y. – Simple Table Alleno Yannick – has not only led the trend of French cuisine in Beijing, but also cast a new model for French delicacies.

Over the past four years, this French fine-dining restaurant has renewed its menu every quarter by incorporating the freshest ingredients of the season with novel elements.  The restaurant places emphasis on cooking skills, giving no less priority to the artistic rendering of every dish.  Its Weekend Brunch instantly became a fad since it was launched.

While guests cherish the delicious tastes of the cuisine, the pleasant and relaxing dining experience makes it the top choice for family entertainment or for sharing with friends over weekends.  S.T.A.Y. presents a brand-new dining concept to Beijing residents.  The Communal Table and Pastry Library have set precedence in French dining in the capital city.  The innovative desserts offered in the Pastry Library do not only entice guests, but the way they are aesthetically displayed on the pastry ribbon tray rounds off each guest’s romantic French cuisine excursion.

What’s more, the newly joined talented new chef de cuisine, Pierrick Maire, recently beat all the competitors in the CCTV Master Chef cooking competition and has been crowned “master chef”.  With the “master chef” and his brilliant team, S.T.A.Y. will adhere to its principle of utmost quality and continue to create excellent dishes to delight its guests.
