Ticketing Express is a new solution launched today for agents in Australia to automate the manual work associated with ticketing. It provides a touchless solution and plays an integral role for agencies wishing to achieve an end-to-end automated workflow. Sabre research has identified that on average, consultants spend 14% of their time on manual ticketing tasks. By automating these processes with Ticketing Express, agencies reduce the risk of error, and consultants are freed up to concentrate on sales opportunities.

Sabre Pacific has also partnered with Travel Automation to launch a series of automated services which address the manual work associated with processing Queues. The Travel Automation tools, made available via the Sabre Red App Centre, include QBotic, QBotic PRO and KLeer.

QBotic is designed to automate the process of managing schedule changes, by monitoring schedule change queues, updating PNR’s and notifying customers or consultants of the change. QBotic PRO takes this process one step further by fully automating the reissue of involuntary changes also.
KLeer is another automation solution launched in Australia today. KLeer automates the process involved with managing waitlists. This automation solution continuously checks availability for specified flights and notifies consultants when a desired seat becomes available, when a waitlist is not allowed.
