Held at the Plaza Athenee Bangkok, and organised by Ensign Media, it was the culmination of a fair and transparent nomination and judging process spanning the last six months

Winners of the awards are now eligible to compete with regional peers in the grand finale at the fifth annual South East Asia Property Awards 2015, to be held at the Shangri La Hotel in Singapore in October 2015.

Currently under development is SALA Chaweng Resort and Spa which will open in 2017.
