Park Hyatt Melbourne is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Hall to the position of Senior Sales Manager – MICE.
With previous experience in both Event Management and Hospitality, Sarah brings vast industry knowledge and expertise to her role at Park Hyatt Melbourne.
Prior to joining the Hyatt family, Sarah worked for three years as Conference Sales & Events Manager at Hotel Grand Chancellor and most recently as Venue Sourcing Specialist at HRG Australia.
During her time at HRG Australia, she successfully developed and maintained relationships with global clients, standardized operational procedures for international accounts and provided booker training on specialized online technology. Furthermore, she efficiently sourced venues and facilities for standalone meetings and multiple day conferences, whilst liaising with clients and suppliers throughout the booking and planning process.
Now returning to hotels, Sarah is excited to take on a new challenge, bringing with her a sound understanding of hotel operations, a keen eye for detail and passion for delivering exceptional events.
In her role as Senior Sales Manager – MICE, she will work closely with the sales team to develop relationships with both new and existing clients and strengthen Park Hyatt Melbourne’s profile in the market.
In her spare time, Sarah loves to travel, with an affinity for South East Asia and enjoys unique food, wine and dining experiences with family and friends. Although she has travelled the world, Sarah has always called Melbourne home and never tires of exploring our city.
