Ten talented chefs from three Northeast provinces have been invited to Galaxy Macau to curate a multitude of authentic dining experiences at Festiva and The Noodle Kitchen. Guests will be able to savor the luscious Northeast cuisine from April 16 to June 30.

Visiting Master Chefs including REN Jia-chang, TANG Wen and DAI Shu-jing who are veterans in the industry, have brought with them the very finest ingredients from their home territories in order to recreate an authentic taste of Harbin, Changchun and Dalian.

The Noodle Kitchen

The Noodle Kitchen at Galaxy Macau is offering an authentic taste of the North at the hands of Dalian Chef Yu Tao who is the founder of renowned restaurant Feng Wei Ju, which was recently featured on TV program “A Taste of Dalian”.

Chef Tao has meticulously selected premium ingredients from the pure waters of the North to create authentic dishes which capture the true tastes of the sea in the region, in which, the dishes prepared and presented at The Noodle Kitchen will be exactly as they would be in Dalian for demanding local gourmets.

Premium seafood at The Noodle Kitchen has been chosen from only the best sources, with scrupulous attention to quality. Chef Yu has elevated classic, rustic dishes to a new level through the jellyfish from Huangbo Hai, sea urchin and whelks from Haiyandao, prawns from Bohai, and more, delighting diners with the rare opportunity to order traditional dishes enjoyed by the families of Dalian fishermen.
