Healthy dining will be a major highlight in the upgraded menu.  Scene a Café will offer guests 12 different Chinese and Western salad selections daily.  Guests can expect the signature local gourmet-inspired Peking Duck Salad at the salad station.

Freshness is another highlight of the upgrade. Scene a Café has set up a barbeque counter to offer meat lovers Lamb Skewers and hot Beijing Roast Duck.  There are also plenty of authentic Asian dishes to try, including Tom Yam Roasted Whole Snapper, Kimchi Tuna Fried Rice, Berry Brûlée Rhubarb Crumble and freshly baked Durian Tiramisu.

“China World Hotel has been a most sought-after hotel by Beijing food lovers and business professionals.  I want my Scene a Café to present the best of local and Asian cuisine in a contemporary marketplace and I would like this restaurant to become the best to-go place in Guomao area”, said Stephen Teo, executive chef of China World Hotel, Beijing

Scene a Café is located on the lobby level of China World Hotel, Beijing with lunch buffet priced at RMB258 per person and  dinner buffet priced at RMB298 per person plus 15 per cent service charge (except on Friday Surf and Turf Night).  It opens daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.  For more information or to make a reservation, please call (86 10) 6505 2266 extension 35 or e-mail:
