Hailing from Malaysia, Chef Stephen Teo has over 21 years of experience in the culinary world.  Over the past 16 years, he has grown with the Shangri-La group.http://join.travelmanagers.com.au/  Starting his culinary journey at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, Chef Teo proceeded to work at various locations, including the Philippines, Guangzhou and Beijing.  Knowing the very essence of the Shangri-La culinary culture, Chef Teo is dedicated to bringing guests the finest ingredients with top-notch service standard.

Healthy dining will be a major highlight in the upgraded menu.  Scene a Café will offer guests 12 different Chinese and Western salad selections daily.  Guests can expect the signature local gourmet-inspired Peking Duck Salad at the salad station.

Freshness is another highlight of the upgrade. Scene a Café has set up a barbeque counter to offer meat lovers Lamb Skewers and hot Beijing Roast Duck.  There are also plenty of authentic Asian dishes to try, including Tom Yam Roasted Whole Snapper, Kimchi Tuna Fried Rice, Berry Brûlée Rhubarb Crumble and freshly baked Durian Tiramisu.
