Sea Cloud Cruises has unveiled a glimpse into its event-filled 2015 sailing program in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Canary Islands and the Caribbean.

Early booking rates for the 2015 northern summer programme are now open (for bookings before 30 November 2014). The lead-in fare of EUR 1,675* per person for a guaranteed double cabin is available on a selection of four-night voyages in the Mediterranean aboard either vessel.

Highlights include:

Aboard Sea Cloud

·   Feel the wind in your hair, on a carefree ‘no-fixed-route’ voyage from Venice to Malta that takes passengers on a classic windjammer sailing odyssey, wherever the wind dictates(12-20 Oct 2015). Fares from EUR 3,195 per person, double occupancy for the 8 night voyage.

Aboard Sea Cloud II

·   The chance to sail in the world’s largest windjammer parade, ‘Kieler Woche’ (26 June-6 July 2015), during a 10-night cruise from Kiel to St Petersburg via Sweden and Finland. Be at the heart of the action – from your deckchair! Fares from EUR 4,295 per person double occupancy.

·   Genuine “sea salts” will enjoy the comforts aboard Sea Cloud II when participating in the exciting Sail-In parade to open SAIL 2015 in Bremerhaven on an 8-night voyage from Oslo to Hamburg (5-13 August 2015). Experience this great sailing event ‘live’ from on deck! Fares from EUR 3,395 per person double occupancy

·   A musically themed ‘Steinway’ voyage from Hamburg to Bilbao (17-26 August 2015), visiting Ooestende (Bruges), and the sailing capitals  of Cowes and St Peter Port and Pauillac in Bordeaux.  There will be concerts on board, plus one concert in Hamburg with an excursion to the famous Steinway site and one in a beautiful chateau in Paulliac in France.

“A Cumulus of Clouds” – Sea Cloud and Sea Cloud II sail together in  the Canary Islands!

·   An epic once-a-year meeting of the two sister vessels Sea Cloud and Sea Cloud II in the Canary Islands, when each yacht will hoist her sails to honour the other (22-28 November, 2015).  Fares aboard Sea Cloud II from EUR 1,445 per person for the 4 night sailing. Longer voyages that include this joint sailing are available.

From April 2015, the start of the Sea Cloud fleet’s northern summer sailing season, the 64 guest Sea Cloud will visit Western Med gems such as Spain’s Balearics and France’s Riviera before heading on to the historic Adriatic Sea and Eastern Mediterranean, where her voyages will include Istanbul, Venice and Ithaca. In November 2015, she will follow the northern summer sun across the Atlantic to the sailing paradise of the Lesser Antilles.

The 94 guest Sea Cloud II will spend June to August in 2015 exploring the rich history of Europe’s northern waters, including Amsterdam, the fairy-tale  city of Bruges, Stockholm, Estonia’s capital Tallinn with its World Heritage-listed Old Town, and St Petersburg. In November, she sails west with the trade winds to Costa Rica and the delightful Dutch-colonised ‘ABC’ islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao.

Fares includes all fine dining, from early breakfast to the exquisite four-course dinner menu and five course gala dinners with carefully selected wines and beers during lunch and dinner, and a welcoming bottle of Champagne or arrival in each cabin.

* Excursions are not included in any of the fares above, but can be booked in advance.
