Having solid knowledge on local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, Executive Chef Savaş Aydemir presents two new tasting menus this spring for hotel guests and Istanbulites who are looking for old time classics of Ottoman cuisine and the rich flavours of Gaziantep.

With its vast history going back to thousands of years, Ottoman cuisine is known for blending different flavours and techniques with a regional culinary influence. It was unified and refined in Istanbul in the Imperial Palace. Inspired by the fascinating kitchen culture of Topkapı Palace, which is just a few steps away from the Hotel, Chef Savaş gives life to the ancient recipes of Ottoman cuisine and presents a four-course tasting menu that will be served during lunch and dinner every Wednesday.


Famous for its traditional foods, the southeastern province of Gaziantep is known to be a haven for foodies with its richness of flavour and plentiful spices. Seasons presents a tasting menu that is created by chefs who are originally from Gaziantep and will be served during lunch and dinner every Saturday.  It includes signature dishes such as lamb kebab with onion, stuffed dry eggplant and pepper as well as sour mahlıta lentil soup; all of which are the hearty dishes Gaziantep is rightfully famous for.

  • Ottoman Tasting Menu – TRY 125 per person, available every Wednesday during lunch and dinner
