Sentimental September Specials At Gourmandises

cats4The passionate patisserie chefs at Gourmandises, the gourmet bakery at Swissôtel Nai Lert Park Bangkok Hotel, have been inspired by the high summer month of September to create a delectable new salad, sandwich and dessert, each packed with fresh flavour and goodness.

Classic Shrimp & Avocado Cocktail (370++TB) takes Gulf of Thailand shrimp, bell peppers, seasonal salad leaves and ripe avocado and sets them together in chef’s special recipe cocktail sauce.

Honey Roast Ham & Asparagus Sandwich (280++THB) slices freshly baked focaccia bread through the middle and fills it with roasted honey ham, crisp salad leaves, grilled local asparagus and sun blushed tomato.

And for a Thai-style sweet September surrender, Toddy Palm & Pandan Cake takes freshly-baked pandan sponge and spreads it with fruity toddy palm jelly. Price 450++ THB
