Classic Shrimp & Avocado Cocktail (370++TB) takes Gulf of Thailand shrimp, bell peppers, seasonal salad leaves and ripe avocado and sets them together in chef’s special recipe cocktail sauce.
Honey Roast Ham & Asparagus Sandwich (280++THB) slices freshly baked focaccia bread through the middle and fills it with roasted honey ham, crisp salad leaves, grilled local asparagus and sun blushed tomato.
And for a Thai-style sweet September surrender, Toddy Palm & Pandan Cake takes freshly-baked pandan sponge and spreads it with fruity toddy palm jelly. Price 450++ THB
