From Sunday, May 3 to Friday, May 8, 2015, Francesco Montano, charismatic Napolitano Chef of Arancinorestaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Marrakech, will welcome two Michelin Star Chef Sebastien Donghia from the distinguished Il Cortile in Mulhouse, France, as well as the Italian experts Fabrizio and Federica Ferrara. Together, they will offer hotel and local guests a week of Italian celebrations.
Every evening of the week, enjoy the sunny Arancino terrace where Chef Montano will suggest his emblematicaperitivo. This venue will become the ideal rendezvous to taste Chef Montano’s famous pizzetas, bruschettas and all the Italian meats and cheeses specialities, served with a selection of inspiring and refreshing cocktails created by Italian in-house sommelier Federico Colombo.
In keeping with the idea of introducing Italian cuisine to all those curious, the four Chefs will showcase their favourite dishes during daily cooking classes. Open to all ages, this will be a rare opportunity to learn how to concoct delicious and traditional Italian meals. The Chefs will unveil their secrets and tips for famed regional recipes from the classic Sicilian caponatta to the Milanese green asparagus and peas risotto, one of the signature dishes of Sebastien Donghia.
For all epicureans, these Italian dishes will also be available during the entire culinary week in the differentrestaurants of Four Seasons Resort Marrakech.
