Shang Palace is gaining popularity in the city as the authority on traditional Cantonese cuisine offering authentic dim sum and regional and local highlights, in addition to the renowned Roasted Peking Duck.
Hong Konger Executive Chinese Chef Oliver Lai and his team of eight dim sum chefs from Guangdong, including Area Dim Sum Chef Guo Jiaxi, make up the Shang Palace culinary brigade.
The newly presented menu includes a selection of innovative new dishes incorporating contemporary twists into traditional tastes. More selections of dim sum and Tianjin specialties stand out from the rest in terms of taste and presentation. Organic vegetables and fresh seafood are specially selected to make these new dishes more delicious and healthy. The new menu is also given a face-lift with a fresh design filled with pictorial representations of each dish for easy reference.
