As one of the world’s top Japanese brands, Nishimura Restaurant is committed to serving the mostauthentic Japanese cuisine. The hotel is proud to provide the restaurant’s popular Japanese dishes for locals.

The executive chef has 30 years of experience in kaiseki cuisine.  To ensure authenticity and freshness, Nishimura imports most of its ingredients from Japan.  Seafood, for example, is procured from a designated purchaser at the Tsukiji Seafood Market in Tokyo – the biggest fresh seafood market in the world.

The restaurant offers several private dining rooms for those that desire an intimate setting and counter seating that allows guests to witness the chefs performing the art of teppan Yaki.
