Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou presents its yearly major event on 9 November 2014, bringing the Vienna Boys’ Choir to the hotel’s lush garden.

From 1 to 4 p.m., the event will feature the Vienna Boys’ Choir and other live musical performances. A garden party with food stalls and fun activities will give families and friends a memorable afternoon.

The hotel has prepared three ticket tiers for guests to choose from, at different prices with the following benefits:

The Vienna Boys’ Choir is a group of children between the ages of 10 to 14 comprising of over 100 choristers from 30 different countries, divided into four different groups. Between the four groups, they perform almost 300 concerts and performances each year in front of half a million people from around the world. The world recognises them as the singing angels, and they have worked with several world-renowned conductors, such as Karajan and Solti.

The spacious outdoor garden called The Park is located on the bank of the Pearl River. During the Sunday Carnival, it offers a broad range of activities for children, including the Flying Fox, Mini Soccer, Bouncing Castle, Sand Castle, Slides, Crazy Golf and a Pony Ride to cultivate the children’s interest in the outdoors. Apart from the leisure activities, parents and children may enjoy the peace and breeze by sitting on the lawn that was once a putting green, which also hosts themed events during festivals and holidays.
