Activities range from attempting acrobatic stunts eight metres off ground at The Flying Trapeze, beach volleyball, beach cleaning and survival skills challenge to enjoying a beach barbecue, harvesting herbs from the herb garden to create the participants’ personalised salads or dishes and brief sessions of neck, body and foot massages.
