Shanti Collection’s & L Hotels & Resorts New Executive Director, Mr Andy Khen & the Group’s next 1000 days
Mr. Andy Khen has been newly appointed as Executive Director for both L Hotels & Resorts and The Shanti Collection, reporting directly to The President Commissaries of both organizations. The Management has terminated the services of Ana Dewi Permana as General Manager of L Hotel Seminyak, Bali, to re-align and re-structure their business units to meet the impending challenging market conditions in Bali. This is essential to adapt swiftly with market dynamics and have added on talents with passion, commitment, integrity, loyalty, creativity and business acumen to champion the Group’s objectives.
At the same time, Assistant Director of Sales, Wira Maharjaya has been replaced by Ms. Yuni Wiryanti, as Director of Sales to strengthen the Group’s sales development. Mr Ferry Tusalma is the newly appointed corporate e-commerce manager focusing on yield management and digital channel distribution.
Andy’s career success in e-commerce and market segmentation strategies as well as his diverse background in finance, accountancy and education makes him a forward and savvy leader with strong business leadership skills. He will be in excellent position to steer the Group to the next level of luxury and business expansion.
The Group has mapped out a 1000 days road path to evolve its business strategy and pivot the Group’s growth in Indonesia and regionally. Both the L and Shanti collection brands have remained unique and beyond ordinary luxury hospitality brands with key focus on personalization, comfort and innovation.
A line up of exciting developments are underway to boost both Brands’ image, culinary offering, service culture and unique guest experiences. For a boutique and luxurious brand like L Hotel Seminyak, the next leap is to integrate more uniquely new digital concepts and channel distribution, complemented by client engagement programs and memorable novel experiences. A personalized program will shortly be implemented to serve our customers better, and to evoke instant brand connectivity and lead to conversions. Our brands speak for themselves, individual in their own way and are shaped by consumerism.
The Shanti Residence in Nusa Dua, one of South East Asia’s Top 10 Private Residences will be upgraded in 2016, giving the esteemed private residence a one and only bespoke style, and distinguished itself in the elite segment. This will transform The Shanti Residence “Beyond The Ordinary”.
The Group has plans as well to develop sites in Ubud and other precincts in Bali and is open as well to manage comparable properties which complement the L or Shanti Brand.
It’s Singapore corporate office is helmed by Ms. Adeline Quek, Director- Brand Management, Sales & Marketing who continues to develop both brands’ prestige and increase market share and voice across Asia Pacific. She will also lead the business innovation of forming strategic alliances/partnerships and new business concepts that will make a positive difference to shape the Organization’s competitive edge and put it at the forefront of luxury beyond the norm.
